As a volunteer-based organization, IC Network depends solely on the willingness of people to help each other and consequently help the community. Our volunteers, whether through their involvement on the board of directors, a subcommittee, or assisting us in a special project or an occasion, make invaluable contribution to our success and in turn learn new skills, make new connections and experience personal fulfillment. At IC Network volunteers define and respond to emerging problems, create and implement social programs, and give voice to issues that are important to us.
